VCR Spring Sportive in Partnership with Re-Cycle
VC Revolution Cycling Club will be promoting its Annual RT Cycle-Sportive on a rolling course based around the Essex and Suffolk borders. It’s with great pleasure that for the 2023 edition, we again will partner with Re-Cycle! Re-Cycle is an amazing local charity (based in Wormingford) that ships bikes to Africa to change lives! Our event HQ will be set at Re-Cycle, so everyone can have a look at the amazing work that is done here!
We will be offering two challenging, fully sign-posted routes based around the rolling Essex and Suffolk border hills, with maps available online:
65-mile route with 3000 ft of elevation (105km / 900m climbing)
40-mile route with 1800 ft of elevation (68 km / 550m climbing)
The event HQ will be at Re-Cycle in Wormingford, near Colchester in Essex, (CO6 3AJ) so everyone can take a look at some of the amazing work that is done by the charity!
